Firstly, once an order is completed (when payment of order has been made and approved by our billing team), an email will be sent confirming your order and providing the date of order registration to the delivery company usually UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL. Once your shipment is registered and confirmed by the delivery company, a tracking number would be provided for your shipment. You would be able to track your shipment via the shipping company’s website until it arrives your provided delivery address. Please ensure to keep your shipment in check while in transit.
